Finally a alpha release of the Red Scorm Player boild for the AIR platform.
If your course contain flash content you may need to modify the security settings to trust the local files scripts.
You can test it with DCME course from ADL.

Alternate manual install method:
Install the Adobe AIR Runtime
Install the Red Scorm Player application

Enjoy it .

It looks like you don't have a recent enough version of Flash installed so the easy-install method won't work for you, please try the manual install below.

RedPlayer (code named) is a Scorm 2004 Player developed with Adobe AIR tehnology in Flex 3.

Features:

ADL SCORM 1.3 Player
Partial implementation of CMI DataModel
Actionscript 3.0 implementation of API Adaptor
No need for web server or database server
Cross-platform written for AIR - works for PC and Mac
Right now it implements only basic navigation
Sequencing - work in progress

Green Player (code name) is a online scorm player in Flex 3 that runs and integrates in the Drupal platform.

Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) is a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning.
It defines communications between client side content and a host system called the run-time environment (commonly a function of a learning management system). SCORM also defines how content may be packaged into a transferable ZIP file.
SCORM is a specification of the Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) Initiative, which comes out of the Office of the United States Secretary of Defense.
SCORM 2004 introduces a complex idea called sequencing, which is a
set of rules that specify the order in which a learner may experience
content objects. The standard uses XML, and it is based on the results of work done by AICC (CBT), IMS Global Learning Consortium,[1] IEEE, and Ariadne.
